Across Southeast Asia, many rural communities lack access to basic educational infrastructure, let alone digital tools or innovation-driven teaching.
GLIA’s “Light Up Learning 2025” campaign is an ongoing initiative to empower schools and students in underserved areas by:
• Equipping classrooms with tablets, solar-powered tech, and learning kits
• Providing training for teachers on digital and purpose-based education
• Creating mentorship programs between global volunteers and local students
We’re currently active in:
• 4 towns across Sabah and Sarawak
• 2 communities in the Philippines
